Clause on the Deletion of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), every user has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the systems of ZłotyChłopak.pl.
To exercise the right to data deletion (“right to be forgotten”), please send an email to: info@zlotychlopak.pl.
In the message, please include your first name, last name, or the email address associated with your account, so that we can clearly identify the user.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm its receipt and inform you about the deletion of your data or specify the extent to which the data cannot be deleted (e.g., when their retention is required by law).
The controller of personal data is ZłotyChłopak.pl, operating in accordance with the principles set out in our Privacy Policy.
